01 Do I have to sign a long-term contract? +
Our Open Seat Standard and Open Seat Unlimited memberships are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to use the space without committing to a long-term contract.
02 Can I pause or cancel my membership? +
Our flexible month-to-month memberships can be turned off when you don't need them and picked back up when you're ready to return. This is especially helpful for vacations, travel, or changing work schedules.
03 Can I change my membership later? +
Yes. Once you're in our system, management can help you change your membership as your workspace needs change.
04 Do I need a membership to use a conference room? +
No. You can book a conference room without having a membership or Day Pass. Once you create an account in our system, you can log in and book the conference room whenever you need it.
05 What is the difference between a Day Pass and a membership? +
A Day Pass is designed for occasional use when you need a professional workspace for the day. A membership is better for people who want regular access to The Vault and its shared amenities.
06 Can I receive mail and packages at The Vault? +
Mail and package receiving is available with qualifying memberships, including Open Seat Unlimited Annual and private office memberships.
07 Can I use The Vault as my business address? +
Yes, qualifying memberships can use The Vault as a professional business address. This is available with Open Seat Unlimited Annual and private office memberships.
08 What amenities are included with my membership? +
Amenities vary by membership, but can include high-speed Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, shared workspace access, conference room access, phone booths, and other shared building amenities.
09 Is parking included with my membership? +
Parking is limited and is not included with most memberships. Private office members can be placed on the parking waitlist and receive a space when one becomes available.
10 Can I tour The Vault before choosing a membership? +
Absolutely. We encourage you to come see the space, explore the amenities, and find the workspace that feels right for you.
