All private offices require a minimum 12-month lease.

Is parking included?
Parking is not included in your membership but is available for an additional monthly fee. When you sign your lease, you will be added to our parking waitlist and offered a spot as one becomes available.

Can I bring clients here?
Absolutely! You are welcome to meet clients in your private office, reserve one of our conference rooms, or utilize our open common areas — whatever works best for you and your guests.

What does the business address mean?
Your business address on Front Street is yours to use however you need. You can list it as your official business address, have it reflected on your Google Business profile, and receive mail and packages directly to our front desk on your behalf.

Is there signage?
Yes! Every member is listed on our directory board out front, displayed by either your business name or your personal name — whichever you prefer. You also have the option to purchase custom signage with your business logo for your office door, adding that extra professional touch.
